PROJECT MANAGEMENT has emerged as a tool whereby quality
output, time, resources and costs are balanced to ensure predetermined
objectives.
THE PROJECT PLAN BRINGS ALL THE DETAILS TOGETHER
Once the vision, target market, bugeting perameters and support material
have been identified it is time to bring it all together under the umbrella of
the project plan. this plan serves as a BLUEPRINT for what will be done.
Ideally this plan should be as broad and complete as possible.
A TIME SCHEDULE is implicit in any strategy, it spells out the time
period as well as all time related details. We have chosen the ghant
chart to document this.
